Every Raquel Roche order ships fully insured for the retail value of your jewelry. Our flat-rate shipping fee is based on the service level you choose. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships.
For shipments to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses, please select USPS as your shipping method. UPS does not deliver to these locations.
Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Custom orders may require additional time.
